HAND DYED SHIBORI FACE MASKS

I have a fashion design background, so during lockdown I decided to make masks during this processI realized I love creating my own fabric patterns so I used hand dye shibori techniques with natural dyes. I put them on instagram and was happy to see people wanted them. Since we all have endured so many emotions during these challenging times I have donated partial proceeds from the masks to charitable organisations I believe in, Black Minds Matter UK, UK Black Pride and Humanitarian Coalition. All shibori masks are made out of 100% cotton some of the pieces are off cuts, depending on what I can find. The dye is a natural indigo dye, they are machine or hand washable, due to the nature of the dye they do fade slightly like denim. Masks come lined in a hand dyed fabric with the option of a filter pocket, thin round elastic is used for the ear straps which has proven to be the most comfortable for long periods of time. Since the fabric is hand dyed not one mask in completely the same since the pattern is not asymmetrical which makes each mask unique. The masks come in Sizes small, medium, large.
